Free To Be Me Mentoring Program:
This mentoring program has been a long time in waiting, and God
has released me go forth with the vision He has given.
As I prayed, I said “God, I want something different”.
So many Worship Arts Ministers are prepared with little
training. I personally never had any hands-on training, and
therefore, made so many mistakes in the process. God told me,
“There are those that desire to be mentored.”
This mandate from the Lord has been the vision that gave
birth to this mentoring program.
Our desire is to prepare you with ministry training, bestow on
you a mantle of anointing, for you to pass along to others to
also carry. We can not do the work of God’s kingdom alone. We
must train others in the body of Christ to go forth when we can
not.
The exciting part is this ~ all who take part in this mentoring
program, will have opportunities to receive one-on-one training,
mentoring, and encouragement with myself and other FTBM program
participants. This will give us time to know each other
intimately and as we spur one another on towards love and good
deeds (Heb.
10:24).

Testimonies from Previous FTBM Graduates
Shirley Rozell, FTBM Graduate: Chicago IL
Sometimes in ministry we want everything that God has spoken
over us right here and now, knowing that if He gave it to us we
wouldn’t be able to handle the assignment. If we’d only wait on
God, and not get a head of Him, then and only then, will He use
us for His Glory.
After coming into the knowledge of Christ, my words were ”Lord,
use me”. I have received many prophecies about how God was going
to use me, and I have been used in so many ways. Last year I
entered the Free To Be Me Mentoring Program. The focus of this
program is to equip you in areas of proper protocol within
Worship Arts Ministry and everyday life. This program helped me
to see what God sees in me. My eyes were opened and my heart was
changed with new revelations of God’s love for his creation.
In one year so many prophecies were revealed with newness, and
my mentor Apostle Smith showed me that when I believe in myself,
God will use me for His Glory. The foundation that I received as
part of the mentoring program empowered and equipped me to host
my own conference with excellence and authority. When I truly
applied myself to my studies, I came to know and experience the
heart of God and the love He has for his people.
The graduation ceremony was unlike anything I had ever
experienced, and the theme for graduation was “Taking the High
Road”. There’s only one “high road” and it leads to Christ. In
every session and class, I could feel the Lord’s presence from
start
to finish. I walked away from the graduation ceremony knowing
that when I make a vow to the Lord I must keep it ~ true worship
will cost me something.
I am healed inwardly to be Free in Christ, and the manifestation
of His Word is now for my life.
Jesus is the BEST thing that has ever happened to me!!!
My assignment is to help other to feel the same way I do about
Jesus!
June Entzminger, FTBM Graduate: Newark NJ
This mentoring program has truly been a blessing to me.
It was actually life changing!
The assignments were thought provoking and challenging.
The Word tells us in 2 Timothy
2:15
to study to show ourselves approved, and this course is one that
will prove you. It
challenged me to commit to something for one year, but it was so
much more than lessons.
This course forced me to focus.
I had to articulate the vision for my life and write the
plan for achieving that vision.
But I was also challenged to revisit that vision and see
how I was applying what I was learning in this course to
achieving the vision.
The lessons were not only geared to ministry, but to my life in
general. As a
result, I am more focused, more centered, more able to
articulate what is needed to achieve the vision, and more
informed not only to run with it, but to bring others who would
like to come along.
It brought me well beyond my zone of comfort, and for that I
praise God!
The vision is not only for formal ministry, but for family,
employment, marriage, children, finances, and other things that
are important in life.
I am thankful to God for the opportunity to come through
this mentoring program.
The good news is that I can continue to build on the
foundational teachings that were laid out during this past year,
and growth continues!

The Free To Be Me Mentoring Program has ignited my fire to dance
again. I joined the program a couple of months after the
death of my father, my first immediate family member that God
called home. Then in July, close to the end of the
program, my brother was called home to be with Jesus also.
No, I did not stop the race but I really slowed down out of
hurt, mourning and just trying to press my way through. I
was like a turtle, moving slowly but not able to back up.
This mentoring program has been a lifeline to my ministry.
Without it I felt like I was dying on the vine and did not know
how to replenish myself.
If I was not focused on my homework assignments, knowing Apostle
Smith would be calling me, I would have accomplished nothing and
depression would have settled in with vengeance over my soul.
I had a fight on my hands and this program was one of my key
weapons.
I thank God my path crossed with Apostle Smith’s, and that my
attention was diverted from the death of family members. I was
working like crazy to cope and trying to direct a ministry with
a broken heart. The connection with my FTBM sisters has
been encouraging and supporting.
The assigned lessons taught me so much.
Wow, God has a way of letting you know that there is so much
more to learn about Him, covenant, dance and leadership.
The Word says God is faithful and I know this is true because
this mentoring program came at the right time to keep me in the
battle for the Lord. I am so happy that God knows my needs
and supplied me with the Free To Be Me Mentoring Program.
God is good!!!
Victoria Nelson, FTBM Graduate: Atlanta GA
The 2006-2007 FTBM Mentoring Program was very meaningful and
enriching. It stretched me a great deal. The program
helped me become more knowledgeable about the importance of the
garments we wear when ministering to God. The program
helped to reinforce my awareness of the importance of dancing
out of relationship with God. My knowledge of proper
protocol and walking in integrity have increased.
The lessons helped increase my level of communication through
the symbols I use in dance. I learned more about the meaning of
the colors used in a dance ministry. The program caused me
to try new things that I would have put off until a later date.
Apostle Smith personally helped me learn how to create a DVD.
She worked with us to host our own conferences even during a
time of great loss personal lose when her cousin passed on to be
with God. She ministered to us with love and wisdom.
The conferences we attended during the year were true encounters
with God. The men and women in the mentoring program all
displayed a heart to worship God. The program helped me
move forward with clarity into God's will for me as a dancing
evangelist. The graduation conference itself helped knit
me together my FTBM sisters and brothers.
Apostle Smith
is a down to earth woman. That genuinely love God
and is a great teacher. I highly commend the FTBM program
to anyone who wants to stretch and grow as a minister of dance.
Cheryl Raiford, FTBM Graduate: Orlando FL
As a student in the FTBM Mentoring Program, I have experienced
an awesome
turn-about in understanding dance ministry.
In the program ~ studying, praying and preparation are
key elements to showing yourself approved.
Apostle Veronica never failed to make certain I
understood the assigned lessons.
She made herself accessible during the program and because she
did, a relationship of trustworthiness was created between us.
This helped me tremendously. Why? This program is what
the academic world calls “distance-learning”.
Thank God, for a Christian teacher.
Soon, I will be amongst those who continue to succeed in FTBM
graduates. The
ministry enrichment tools taught in this program have given me
insight to dance ministry, into life as well.
